Looking for My People

I've written seven romance novels — five teacher rom-coms, two romantic mysteries set right here in Virginia Beach, and one paranormal romance that snuck in when I wasn't looking.

Here's the truth: writing the books has never been my problem. Marketing them, building an audience, figuring out this whole business side of being an author — that's the part that still keeps me up at night. And I have a hunch I'm not the only one.

So I'm looking for my people. Anyone interested in a real community of romance authors, at any stage, in any subgenre, who want to stop white-knuckling this industry alone. Writing partners to trade pages with. Fellow romance authors — self-published, hybrid, traditionally published, brand new — who want to share what's actually working (and laugh about what isn't). Local Virginia Beach authors I can grab coffee with. Anyone who wants to collaborate, cross-promote, or just have someone in their corner on launch day.
